M1 – First Transnational Meeting – Poland

The first Transnational meeting took place at Szkota Podstawowa z Oddzialami Integracyjnymi nr 12, Kraców, Poland from the 29th to the 31st October, 2017.
Meeting’s agenda: The project; Getting to know each other; Erasmus+ project school team; Logo; Project review – planning and discussing main activities; – Students exchange: accomodation, meals, and other issues; – Staff trainning activity presentation, Project monitoring and evaluation; – Final products publication. Special Education and integrating class system in Szkota Podstawowa.
Decisions were made about: project’s logo, important project’s milestones dates for activities C1 to C5, as well as the arrangements for all the activities, and partner’s responsibility and contribution in each main product.
For better collaboration, it will be use: LMS – moodle platform AESJT.pt; eTwinning, where all kind of official and legal documents, as well as working documents, will be available and transparent for all partners. WhatsApp group and email for travel proposes. These channels will have closed access. Website was created. Each entry should have a picture and a short caption, or photo galleries and date. Video channel created using YouTube channel: sinderfilms@gmail.com. A Padlet and a Facebook page, with public access, for comments and publishing. The final product e-Book – will be done collaboratively after the e-BooK – created in e-twinning platform.
LOGO: will be chosen by national students through online vote until December 16th.
Until February 2018, Portugal will propose the content of the survey diagnose to measure school motivation, inclusion in the classroom, inclusive education, digital competences.
In all meetings participants’ arrival will be the day before first meeting day, and departure will be the day after last meeting day.
Training activity C1, at E.S. São João da Talha in Portugal will be from 20th until 23th Mars 2018. For this meeting ICT and Special Needs specialists will be invited. It will be Learning by Doing.

Students exchanges (LTTA): the students’ age is between 14 and 16 years old; the choice of students must be conducted by the following standards: good competencies in English: A1 or A2; in communication and good preparation for the meetings programme. Be a host family. For special needs students the criteria will be: be willing to participate; be a host family and good preparation for the meetings program. Each partner will take 2 or 3 students approved by the project (it is possible to take more than what is approved in the project). At each meeting the teachers from each country will be responsible for an activity with a maximum duration of 1h30. The host country will provide for the week: time schedule; meeting agenda, meeting information, budget plan, field trip, museum entrances (each country pays for it), Cultural evening and dinner.
LTTA dates: C2-Croatia, 15-19 October 2018; C3-Poland 13-17 May 2019; C4-Bulgaria, 21-25 Oct 2019; C5-Romania 11-15 May 2020.
The second transnational meeting in Portugal, 8-10 july 2020.
For the scheduling and management of all project activities all partners will use the online project management system and the shared folder in moodle Snider 2017/2020.
For evaluation of the project and C activities, surveys will be created (until June 2018) for parents, students and teachers.
The main language of the project is English. Some documents can be in national languages. All documents will be uploaded on the website of the project for public dissemination.
Regarding legal issues in content creation and publishing, it was decided to follow the creative commons licensing SA BY NC. All external images, pictures, music and videos used as complementary or secondary in creation must have free royalties. All publications done within this project must have the logo of co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme and the disclaimer sentence that is available in the moodle platform.
Partners made a Stop Motion movie to present the project team in Poland and a small presentation video in each the partners introduce themselves.
